Jen Wilka

Jen Wilka is the executive director of YouthTruth, a rapidly growing national nonprofit that elevates student and stakeholder perceptions to help K-12 educators accelerate improvements. She is passionate about making education systems more equitable and responsive to the needs and aspirations of the students they serve. She holds a bachelor's from Williams College and a master's from Harvard’s Kennedy School, where she wrote an award-winning thesis on rethinking zero-tolerance school discipline policies. When not devising innovative uses for student, family, and staff survey data, Jen can be found rediscovering the world through the eyes of her energetic young children and enjoying the Bay Area’s great outdoors.
